THE MEAT-PROCESSING COMPLEX OF THE CHAMZINSKAYAPOULTRY FARM WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE PERSIAN GULF COUNTRIES
From the beginning of the year till April, the Rosselkhoznadzor (Federal Veterinary and Phytosanitary Monitoring Service of Russia)certified the Meat-Processing Complex of the Chamzinskaya Poultry Farm for compliance with the veterinary and sanitary requirements of the Persian Gulf countries.
On April 30th, according to the results of the certification, the meat-processing complex was included in the list of Russian enterprises that passed a veterinary and sanitary inspection for compliance with the requirements of following countries: Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Kuwait.
The next stage of preparation for export to these countries is the accreditation of production to the requirements of the standard of the Organization for Standardization of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GSO): Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology (ESMA), the Food and Drug Administration of Saudi Arabia (SFDA).
The meat-processing complex of the Chamzinskaya Poultry Farm is one of the most modern and largest enterprises in Russia with a closed production cycle, where the production process of chicken meat is controlled at the stage of egg formation. The complex includes sites for keeping poultry, slaughtering, deep processing of broiler chicken meat, as well as an incubator, recycling and processing plant, and treatment facilities. The complex is equipped with modern, advanced equipment from European countries; there are two technological lines for poultry slaughter - for 9,000 heads per hour for broiler chicken and 3,000 heads per hour for the parent flock. The design capacity of the enterprise will allow to produce 140 thousand tons of meat per year.
The enterprise of JSC "Chamzinskaya Poultry Farm"is certified and recognized as meeting the requirements of the ISO 22000:2018 standard "Food safety Management System"by LL-C (Certification). The certificate number 71073 is valid from July 12, 2019. Also in June 2020, the company passed a supervisory audit for compliance with the requirements of ISO 22000: 2018 "Food Safety Management System".
We want to recall that in February, the 26thInternational Food Exhibition "Gulfood" was held in Dubai, UAE, where Halal products of the ChamzinskayaPoultry Farm, presented by the ECO Halal Trade House, aroused great interest among representatives of the Persian Gulf countries.
