Chamzinskaya poultry factory sent the first batch of halal products to Azerbaijan
On September 9th, the Chamzinskaya poultry factory shipped the first batch of products from the meat of broiler chickens of the ECO Halal trademark to Azerbaijan.
Before shipment, the products were tested for quality and safety in the testing laboratory of the Federal Center for Animal Health Protection, which officially confirmed their compliance with all veterinary and sanitary standards and requirements of the importing country. Representatives of the Russian Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance Administration for the Republic of Mordovia and the Penza region monitored the volume of the batch, storage conditions, cargo condition and issued a permit for the export of products.
Azerbaijani companies became interested in the products of the Chamzinskaya poultry factory at the InterFood Azerbaijan international food Industry exhibition, where it was presented by the official representative of the poultry farm - the ECO Halal trade house with the assistance of the Export Support Center of the Republic of Mordovia. At this exhibition, which was held in Baku from May 18th to 20th, the products of the ECO Halal trademark got interested many visitors.
After the exhibition, a representative of the importing country's company visited the poultry factory, where he got acquainted with how the manual slaughter of poultry takes place, as well as the entire production process. After making sure that the company meets the high standards of quality and product safety, it was decided to start cooperation.
To date, the products have arrived at their destination, passed an additional inspection by the regulatory authorities of the importing country and are allowed to be sold.
