Director of the Trade house "ECO Halal" Talip Abubekirov at the invitation of Nalchik dairy factory ("Chaban" (shepherd)brand)was a speaker on the topic: "Specific aspects of implementation of "Halal" standards in combined production " within the framework of the international food exhibition WorldFood Moscow 2019.
At the stand of "Chaban" brand - general partner of "Halal" sector of this exhibition was hosted a business program dedicated to the theme "Halal. Trends in the B2B market".
During his speech, Talip Abubekirov told about the main stages of the inspection of poultry meat production of "Halal" standard. By the example of JSC "Poultry factory "Chamzinskaya", which makes products of "ECO Halal"brand, he told how preparation of equipment, inventory, containers and packaging for Halal production, as well as how hand slaughtering of poultry and control of all stages of production by inspectors of Trade house "ECO Halal"was organized.
May we remind that WorldFoodMoscow2019 exhibition takes place from 24th to 27th of September at International Exhibition Center Crocus Expo, the largest exhibition center in Eastern Europe. This year the exhibition is attended by more than 95 countries, including representatives of Islamic world: Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE-Dubai, Afghanistan, Iran, Algeria, Turkey, Pakistan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and others. In 2018 the exhibition was visited by 1,560 companies from 65 countries, 30,710 visitors from 82 regions of Russia and 98 countries, including purchasing specialists from wholesale companies, retail chains and catering enterprises interested in new suppliers and expanding their own product range.
